Create a List Page (simplified method)

In this section of the Getting Started document, a simplified method is used to access the page. However, the creation process of the list page remains conventional. Refer to the List Page User Guide to learn more about accessing and personalizing a list page.

Use the + symbol in the top left menu, select “create page” and “list page,” then associate it to the Account aggregate, pick the main layout and enter a page’s title. At this point, the page is created. To access it, turn on Page Designer, then drag and drop the newly created page in the homepage's content. Once Live, click on the page name in the page content. This simplified method will automatically redirect the user to the list page.

The system automatically creates a layout with a + button for users to add accounts to the list and the action window with the fields selected in the account creation command. Add a few accounts to get a comprehensive view of the list page.

Create a Detail Page

Just like for creating a list page, use the + symbol in the top left menu and select “create page”. This time, select “detail page,” associate it to the Account aggregate, pick the main layout, and enter your page’s title. At this point, the page is created and automatically associated with the list page. To access it, go Live and click on any account’s name from your list page.

The platform has grouped all existing fields for the Account aggregate in an information panel. The detail page can group fields under sections as well as tabs. To learn more about personalizing a detail page, refer to the user guide of the same name.
